    The staff at this hotel are so polite and friendly. Our room was incredibly spacious with a lounge area, which we loved. The bathroom was clean and well-kept. Everything about our stay was fantastic.

    New-fashioned, huge unit with rose petals as well as a great view. Rich breakfast, plenty of food and beverages. Marvellous and fantastic location in the resturant-rather surly, and 10 min walking distance to Solemar. Excellent service, parking nearby.

    I will definitely go back there again. The place was fairly clean and ideal. Had amiable staff on shift. Greatly enjoyed the twin room I had with rose petals and balcony.

    The only thing that I could say it was good, is the location. Even though, I wouldn't stay again in this hotel. It is not a 5 stars hotel by all means.

    Staff not organized and don’t have the least manners of services.

    The room with the king size bed was amazing - the bed was super comfortable! 🛏️ Also, the food here was delicious with plenty of tasty options to choose from.

    Location of the hotel is amazing. Just a 2 minutes walk and you are in the heart of Kaslik old souk.

    Excellent customer service. The receptioin staff, door men, house keeping were all just perfect. The hotel was in the middle of Kaslik yet on the beach with a great recreation area.

    The food and drink's prices could be lower 10-15%.

    This venue exceeded our expectations and provided us with a luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities and exceptional service were a highlight of our stay. the Spa & wellness centre was the perfect place to unwind after a long day, and the private facilities in our room made us feel pampered. the location was also advantageous to explore the surrounding area.

    The only minor issue we encountered was the slightly outdated decor in some areas of the hotel. this did not detract from our overall positive experience.

    The hotel has a great central location in proximity to many activities and destinations. Guests can make use of a comfortable bed and spacious room. Breakfast options are satisfactory, and the hotel's pool is quite nice.

    The hotel reception service could use some improvement.

    clean and calm hotel

    slow service ,you should ask twice or three time for each demand,the refrigerator is so slow to cool subject and contain no freezer part,the saftey box in the room was broken, 2 out of 3 lamp in the room was not working, the rooms need more illumination,overdo security as such that you feel that you are in security place, some of the staffs are frown,internet service is bad,they gave me a code which worked for just half an hour,taxi driver is not so polite and he became angry when he knows that i make a voucher although that i paid 25$ and he starts to slur when he saw the voucher !!
